It all starts with Fiber or Coating

Nylon, Rayon, Acrylic, Cotton, Polyester, Aramid, and Wool are just some of the types of synthetic and natural fibers we can process. Fibers are cut to lengths known as deniers. Custom cutting provides the suitable length and maintains consistancy within specifications for your product.

Our fiber coating processes give that special look and feel! whether it's a woven, nonwoven, or one of our many other substrates, our coating processes will provide you with a finished product of superior quality and consistancy- yard after yard, roll after roll.
