As a mill designed to provide a variety of designs, looks, and characteristics we have many services available. We have 5 coating lines and the capacity to coat up to 1,000,000 meters per week. We can coat out to 72 inches. Our lines are designed to handle most rolled goods including fabrics (including stretch), nonwovens, films, foams, etc. We can run materials up to 60 mils thick.

Spectro has unmatched capabilities to coat glitters, beads, and other materials on all types of rolled goods. Smaller glitters and beads can be coated such that there is no shedding, and the fabric remains washable. Larger particles can be dropped and shedding can be reduced depending on end use.
We can also print glitters in various designs. These can be customized per your design and made durable for washing.
