We have the ability to flock or coat on most rolled goods including fabric, nonwovens, and foams. We also have extensive experience handling most films including pvc, polypropylene, polyethylene, tpo, polyester, styrene, etc. We coat water based coatings including acrylics, breathable & non breathable polyurethanes, pressure sensitive adhesives, glitters, specialty pigments, etc.
Our equipment allows us to coat knife over roll, reverse roll, gravure and print. We have large ovens that allow us to put down heavy coating weights cost effectively.
Additionally we have finishing, embossing and lamination capabilities.
